The Europe Direct Information Centre is the service that helps you find answers to all kinds of questions about the European Union (EU).

It enables all citizens to get immediate information, advice and answers to questions about EU institutions, legislation, policies and programmes, as well as EU funding opportunities.

If necessary, it directs public requests to other more appropriate sources of information and advice in the EU.

All services are provided FREE OF CHARGE and in any of the 24 official EU languages.

The EUROPE DIRECT European Information Centres act as an interface between the EU and its citizens at local level.

Their mission is to disseminate information and advice on European Union policies, to actively promote public debate on the EU at local and regional level, to facilitate the dissemination of information by the European institutions and to provide the public with the opportunity to feedback information to the EU institutions.

They regularly organise seminars, lectures, information meetings and events on issues of concern to citizens and affected by the policies of the European Union.
